It's hard to make decisions if you're confused about what you want in the first place! Get into the habit of setting some goals for yourself. Envision them in your mind and do what you can to achieve them. Let your goals become your roadmap for the future.
I used to be timid. VERY timid. I always was. I remember being at the height of my "timidness" in 9th grade. It took a lot of learning and experience to get to know myself and what I really wanted out of life. When I realized that, I was slowly on my way to becoming more confident in myself and my decision making. Over a decade later, confidence has become a habit. I'm not saying I'm perfect. I am human.
