If you do this multiple times a day, I bet your chances of being more productive can increase as well.
Imagine creating a habit of just "being kind". The types of experiences, memories and rewards you can benefit from become endless.
Being kind is your actual "free tool" to make you rich (in spirit, in abundance, in whatever you wish to define "rich" as)

I know the world is a crazy place (especially these days) and this is not just some blog post about being in denial or ignoring the bad feelings. There are no good feelings without bad feelings too.
