This FREE tool can make you rich

Ok, now that I got your attention....

Let me surprise you and start with this.....

Being kind is awesome.

I recently read this story about how a man was walking down the street and dropped his backpack. All of the stuff in the backpack fell out into the street. Another man walking behind him, saw this and decided to help him pick up his stuff. After helping him, the man said "Wow thank you so much for helping me!". The other man said "You're very welcome!".

Let's get scientific for a second.

In this story, both men felt amazing after their interaction. Both men released a natural chemical in the brain called "oxytocin", which is a pleasure chemical.

A 3rd man from across the street witnessed the entire interaction and he, too, smiled and triggered the natural pleasure chemical "oxytocin" in his brain.

The act of kindness was a chain reaction of pleasure chemical release in 3 strangers. And it all happened by just being kind.

This is one of nature's ways to get human beings to come together and do nice things for one another.

If you're a human being, you've felt these feelings many times. The release of "oxytocin" can happen at any moment.

"Importantly, oxytocin is one of various hormones that play a role in behavior, and its potential connections to psychology appear to go beyond love and prosociality." - Source: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/oxytocin

Here's the cool part about doing simple and kind things: it's easy to do and it's FREE to do.

From holding the door open for a woman pushing a stroller into a store, to leaving a comment on instagram to say "this beat is fire!", you are releasing "oxytocin" into your bloodstream, thus feeling good and thus affecting your mood in a positive way. If you do this multiple times a day, I bet your chances of being more productive can increase as well.

Imagine creating a habit of just "being kind". The types of experiences, memories and rewards you can benefit from become endless.

Being kind is your actual "free tool" to make you rich (in spirit, in abundance, in whatever you wish to define "rich" as)

So, the headline wasn't "clickbait"after all! 😆

I know the world is a crazy place (especially these days) and this is not just some blog post about being in denial or ignoring the bad feelings. There are no good feelings without bad feelings too. The bad feelings fill in the space between the good ones. Just like silence between musical notes. Without silence, there is no music.

The lesson in this blog post is this: create more musical notes. Aka, try to practice more random acts of kindness. You can do them in real life. You can do them on social media. You can do them in the metaverse.

Anywhere you can find human beings, you can perform random acts of kindness.

Start now. Start today. It could be the silent solution you never knew you needed.

When was the last time you performed a "random act of kindness"? How did you feel afterwards?
